A Google profile that makes people choose you
Your Google Business Profile is often the first thing people see, right there in the map, before they ever visit your website. We set it up properly, help you get verified, and keep it current with photos, posts and replies.

For a lot of searches, your profile matters more than your website
When someone searches for a trade near them, Google shows a map with a handful of businesses. Plenty of people call straight from there, after a quick look at the stars, the photos and the opening hours.
A profile with the wrong category, no photos or old hours quietly sends those calls to the business down the road. A complete, active profile with recent reviews is one of the clearest signals you can give Google about where you work and what you do.
What you get
Set up or tidied properly
The right main and extra categories, your services, description, hours and contact details, all done to Google's rules.
Help getting verified
We walk you through Google's verification, including the short video check most new profiles now need.
Service areas done right
If customers don't come to you, we hide your address and list the areas you travel to instead, the way Google wants it.
Photos that sell
Your logo, cover photo and real job photos, added regularly, so people can see your work before they call.
Posts and updates
Offers, recent jobs and seasonal updates posted to your profile, so it always looks active.
Reviews answered
Every review gets a reply, and your review requests link straight to your profile.
What a well-kept profile does for you
More calls straight from the map
People can call, get directions or visit your website in one tap, without scrolling past your competitors.
Show up for more searches
The right categories and services help Google match you to more of the searches people make for your trade.
Trust at a glance
Recent photos, accurate hours and replies to reviews tell people you're active and easy to deal with.
Free to run, every day
Your profile costs nothing and works around the clock. Keeping it in shape is some of the best value marketing there is.
Google's rules, in plain English
Google is strict about business profiles, and breaking the rules can get a profile suspended. These are the ones that catch most small businesses out.
Use your real business name
Adding suburbs or keywords to your name, like “Smith Plumbing Joondalup Hot Water”, breaks the rules. Google wants your real name, as it appears on your signs and paperwork.
Hide your address if customers don't come to you
If you travel to your customers, Google asks you to hide your address and list your service areas instead: up to 20 areas, all within about two hours' drive of your base.
One profile per business
Duplicate profiles, or profiles for places where you don't have staff, can get suspended. We find duplicates and have them merged or removed.
Reviews have to be real
No paying for reviews, no reviews from staff or family, and no only asking the happy customers. Everyone gets the same review link.

You verify it
Google needs the owner to verify. We walk you through it, usually with a short video on your phone.
- 4
We keep it active
New photos, posts and review replies each month, and any changes to hours or services made straight away.
Common questions
I already have a profile. Can you take it over?
Yes. You add us as a manager, so you stay the owner and can remove our access at any time.
Why was my profile suspended?
Usually because something breaks Google's rules, like keywords in the name, an address shown when it shouldn't be, or a duplicate profile. We can help you work out why and ask Google to reinstate it.
Can I show up in suburbs where I don't have an office?
Your profile can list the areas you travel to, within Google's limits. Showing up across a wider area also comes from your website's area pages and your reviews.
Do I need a website as well?
A profile can bring in calls on its own, but linking it to a good website helps Google trust both, and gives customers more reasons to choose you.
How long does verification take?
It varies. Some profiles are verified within a day of the video check, others take a few days or need another try. We stay on it with you until it's done.
